Loam gives you research and an opinion. It does not give you a guarantee, and no brief should be treated as one. Every verdict is a reading of public evidence, and evidence can be wrong or incomplete.

You are responsible for the conversations you record and for having the consent of everyone in them. Loam cannot verify that and does not try to.

Briefs are for your own use. Scraping the queue, automating access, or reselling or republishing briefs is not permitted, and generated text carries per-account markers so a redistributed brief can be traced back to the account it came from.
