Loam stores your account, your filter, the ideas you save, and anything you upload. That is the whole list.

Interview recordings and transcripts belong to you. They are processed to produce your analysis, never shown to another account, and deleted with their transcript whenever you ask.

Contributing recordings to improve Loam is a separate setting, off unless you turn it on, and revocable. Turning it off stops future use immediately.

We record how you use Loam, including how long a brief stays open and how you move through the queue. That is used to keep the free tier usable and to spot automated access, never for advertising.

No advertising, no third-party trackers, no selling anything to anyone.
